I wrote a month ago about the first time I worked with the Ultimate Success Mantra from The Big Leap.
It goes like this:
"I expand in abundance, success, and love every day, as I inspire those around me to do the same."
A few days later, Pia and I did it together for the first time. Afterwards, she mentioned that it would feel good to add joy as well.
"I expand in abundance, success, love, and joy every day, as I inspire those around me to do the same."
I used this version for a while until I realized that abundance feels a bit abstract to me. I experimented replacing it with gratitude, which felt good. It's an emotion/state of mind that is easier for me to visualize than abundance, but it ultimately leads to the same thing.
"I expand in gratitude, success, love, and joy every day, as I inspire those around me to do the same."
After a while, I had the feeling that love takes a bit of a back seat and I decided to add it to the beginning of the list:
"I expand in love, gratitude, success, and joy every day, as I inspire those around me to do the same."
This is the current version that I use right now. I sometimes alternate between joy and fun, depending on what feels more alive at the moment.
"I expand in love, gratitude, success, and fun every day, as I inspire those around me to do the same."
Pia also started experimenting with adding softer words like gently to make it easier for some inner parts that are scared of expansion. Strong wording could be interpreted as pressure and lead to the Upper Limit Problem being triggered.
"I gently expand in abundance, success, love, and joy every day, as I inspire those around me to do the same."
